GAD Enamel Craft Show

4月22日,耿丹开云在线网址产品设计专业在首饰楼一层举办“珐琅工艺”课程展览。展出了产品17-2班27名同学创作的掐丝珐琅工艺制品，指导老师李中豪、企业导师黄甲森。

On April 22, the Enamel Craft Show, which included wire enamel craft products of 27 students from Class 17-2 Product Design Program, was held on the first floor of Jewelry Building under the guidance of teacher Li Zhonghao and enterprise mentor Huang Jiasen.

为期八周的课程中，同学们系统学习了掐丝珐琅工艺、画珐琅工艺、透明珐琅工艺与镂空珐琅工艺知识，对中国传统珐琅工艺制品的釉料、配色、纹饰、器型进行了调研、分析与汇报。进行了中国传统工笔花鸟白描线稿临摹专项训练，每位同学在传统工笔花鸟白描线稿临摹训练中锻炼自身绘画能力，提升了设计中对线条的把控能力。最后将所学的Adobe Illustrator软件运用于课程中矢量图线稿绘制，将Photoshop软件运用于图案、纹饰色彩分析图绘制，提升同学对于软件的应用能力和设计效率。

During the eight-week course, students systematically learned about the techniques of wire cutting enamel, painting enamel, transparent enamel and hollow enamel. They also researched, analyzed and reported the glaze, color matching, decoration and shape of traditional enamel products. Each student exercised his painting ability in the copying training of traditional meticulous flower-and-bird white line manuscript, which improved his ability to control lines in design. Finally, they applied Adobe Illustrator software to vector drawings, and used Photoshop software in pattern drawing and decorative color analysis drawings, so as to improve their software-using ability and design efficiency.

课程着重将所学理论知识落实于实践，同学们克服珐琅工艺制作中遇到的技术难题，共同筛料并烧制了珐琅釉料试色片，设计并制作了具有较强装饰功能的掐丝珐琅工艺装饰画。从图纸设计、铜胎制版、掐丝定型、筛料点蓝、烧蓝、打磨、抛光、镀金等复杂工序中将所学习的珐琅工艺知识运用其中，每位同学在实践操作过程中得到了系统、全面的训练。对培养同学们创意思维、理念表达与实操能力具有重要的指导与实践意义。

Students overcome the technical problems encountered in enamel craft making. They screened materials, burned enamel glaze color test pieces, designed and produced the wire enamel craft decoration painting. During the processes of designing layout, making copper mold, welding copper wire, coloring, polishing, gold-plating and so on, each student applied the enamel technology knowledge, and received systematic and comprehensive training, which has important practical significance for cultivating students’ creative thinking, idea expression and practical ability.
