Students majoring in Product design have gained a lot in the 2023BICC- China-UK International Creative Competition. After two rounds of judging, 59 awards were awarded, including 55 bronze awards and 4 excellence awards. Shi Xiaoming and Li Zhonghao won the Excellent advisor awards.

2023BICC is an international art and design competition sponsored by Turner Contemporary Gallery and Overseas Chinese Artists Association. It is an international competition recognized by the European Design Association BEDA. The jury consists of 37 Chinese artists, designers and teachers from University of the Arts London, Edinburgh College of Art.

The aim of the China-UK International Creative Competition is to encourage and support the thinking development of Chinese and British art students, artists and designers, and to provide a platform for the exchange and creative development of Chinese and British artists and designers, so that more designers and artists can participate in the competition.

By participating in design competitions, students can be seen by more designers and artists, and constantly improve themselves and promote themselves. The product design major adheres to the principle of "promoting teaching and learning through competition" and encourages students to participate in design competitions related to the major, so as to test students' learning results, promote students' enthusiasm for learning professional knowledge through competition practice, and gradually improve their professional knowledge level.
