On the afternoon of April 20th, the International Office held an online lecture about the master's degree's courses offered by Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) via Tencent Meeting. Teacher Li Jieling, Dr. Liang Zichong and Dr. Xu Jingliang from the university were invited to introduce the courses available to our students.

At the beginning of the lecture, Mrs. Li from the China Mainland and International Affairs Office provided the students with background information pertaining to HKMU, including its history, geographical location, campus environment, and infrastructure.  Then Dr. Liang Zichong and Dr. Xu Jingliang introduced the cooperative programs in detail to ensure that students clearly understood key information such as the application requirements, course duration, tuition fees, etc. In regard to the matter of choosing a major, he advised that students make decisions based on their strengths, avoid their weaknesses, and consider their futures so as to settle on a major that will best suit them in the long term.

At the end of the lecture, the three teachers took questions from the students.  Those in attendance were well informed and were encouraged to study hard in order to improve their academic performance and equip themselves with vital skills that offer the potential for further development in either the field of academia or their future career.
