The International Office held a sharing meeting for students of overseas semester courses
On the afternoon of November 7th, the International Office invited Cui Yongxin, who participated in the semester course of Hanyang University in Korea last semester, Ma Feilin, who participated in the semester course of Woosong University in Korea, Bai Yilin, who participated in the semester course of Hong Kong Metropolitan University last semester, and Zhao Yilin, who participated in the semester course of Macao University of Science and Technology last semester and is currently taking the semester course of Budapest City University in Hungary this semester. In the synthetic building Z408, they shared overseas experience to lower grade students.
The four students introduced the campus environment, curriculum Settings, extracurricular activities, expenditure budget and transportation information to the students in turn, so that the students have a deeper understanding of the courses they are interested in. Among them, Cui Yongxin, who participated in the semester course of Hanyang University in South Korea, told the students that through daily communication with students from different countries and classroom reporting, he could greatly improve his oral English ability and gradually communicate with foreigners with confidence. Ma Feilin, who came back from the exchange of Woosong University, showed a video she made with students from different countries in South Korea, showing the scene of students from different countries studying together; Zhao Yilin, who was an exchange student at Macao University of Science and Technology last semester and is currently studying at Budapest City University in Hungary, showed her learning content and wonderful life in the two universities to the students through pictures and videos.Bai Yilin, a student from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, introduced the living expenses and extracurricular activities in Hong Kong from four aspects: food, clothing, housing and transportation.
At the end of the lecture, the four students gave detailed answers to a series of questions about learning costs and language performance requirements. After the meeting, many students who had the intention to participate in the exchange course stayed at the venue to further communicate with the seniors.
