Experience: Odran possesses strong leadership, decision making capabilities and an excellent strategic vision. He utilised these skills in his former role as Corporate Strategy Manager in Northside Partnership where he worked directly with the CEO, Management Team and the Board on policy, strategic development and change management.  Odran has considerable governance experience and participates on the boards of organisations in the NGO, private and state sectors.
